Delete your FutbolProde account
If you no longer want to use FutbolProde, you can request the deletion of your account and the data associated with it. Here's how to do it and what happens to your information.
From Android or from the web
For Android users — and for any user who prefers not to do it from the app — deletion is requested by email. This is the official method and is recorded for your protection.
Request deletion by emailFrom the app (iOS)
If you downloaded FutbolProde on iPhone or iPad, you can delete your account directly from the app:
- Open the app and go to your profile.
- Tap «Settings».
- Select «Delete my account».
- Confirm the action. Deletion is processed immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile (name, email, photo, alias). - All your predictions, pools and tournament participations. - Your points history, ranking and personal stats. - Your notification preferences and settings. - Any private pool where you are the sole member.
What we may retain and why
For legal and security obligations, we may retain anonymously or for a limited time: - Minimal activity records and security logs (up to 12 months) for fraud prevention. - Aggregated and anonymized information that no longer identifies you (usage statistics). - Past support communications, with no link to your identity. None of this identifies you as a person once your account is deleted.
How long it takes
We process every request within a maximum of 30 business days from when we receive the email. In most cases it's done in under 7 days. We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
Identity verification
To protect your account, we may ask for a quick verification before processing the request (for example, replying from the same email you registered with). This step is mandatory to prevent third parties from deleting accounts that aren't theirs.
